We’re finishing off our Memorial Day recipes with three appetizers from Craftyglutton, including a baba ghanoush and hummus that might just make you forget about any entrée you might be serving this holiday weekend.

Feta & Artichoke Dip Recipe-
A salty, spicy (can be adjusted to your taste), and a slightly different take on your traditional artichoke dip, which takes less than 5 minutes to make – seriously.

Baba Ghanoush Recipe-
Probably unlike any other baba ghanoush that you’ve ever had.  The smokiness which is integrated into the dip from grilling the eggplant and tomatoes makes this absolutely phenomenal…or as Craftyglutton says; “is this stuff rock star good.”

Spicy Roasted Pepper Hummus Recipe-
This is a fiery hummus loaded with roasted jalapeno peppers.  Easily adjustable to ratchet up or down the heat and simply delicious.
