Love this, Jed. It reminds me of a call I made to a bank in the Sears Tower (Now Willis Tower). I was setting up an interview for a job and I was still living in Detroit. I asked the Personnel receptionist how to get to the Tower and she responded with a long list of directions, using bus route numbers, trains, and everything but a street name. When she was finished, I was thoroughly confused and told her, “Ya know what? I’ll just look up.” That was over 30 years ago and, to this day, I’ve no idea of what she was talking about, even though I worked a block away from the Tower.

Thanks for that Jed, was well enjoyed this morning. We’re expecting 2-4 cm (1-2 inches) of snow this afternoon, so things are a little depressing.
